About Fabrix – FabriX

FabriX — On Fashion’s Digital Frontier

Founded in Hong Kong in 2022 with initial government funding support, FabriX emerged as a trailblazer in digital fashion, carving out a space on the cutting edge of the industry. What began as a platform to spotlight emerging creativity quickly evolved into an initiative investigating how technological advancements transform the relationships between manufacturing, designers, and the retail ecosystem.

FabriX’s influence has made waves on some of the industry’s most prestigious stages. We first introduced our groundbreaking AR fitting room concepts at London Fashion Week FW2023, Paris Fashion Week FW2023 & 2024, and Pitti Immagine Uomo 107.

At ComplexCon Hong Kong 2025, FabriX unveiled an industry-first innovation: our cutting-edge AR Kiosk paired with an integrated pre-order concept. By enabling instant virtual try-ons without physical stock, this technology tackles fashion’s most critical challenge—inventory overproduction—by establishing an authentic “produce-on-demand” model. Beyond mere innovation, this milestone signals a paradigm shift: empowering designers to create with precision while enabling next-generation consumers to curate their personal style sustainably and without limits.

In 2025, FabriX curated the digital fashion exhibition “Play, Pose & Pixel”—a collaboration between the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode (FHCM) and the Hong Kong Design Centre. Evolving from “Tomorrow Was_____” —FabriX’s Paris Fashion Week exhibition exploring fashion’s dialogue between past memories and future dreams—the showcase brought the digital couture experience directly to everyday audiences. By integrating interactive fashion experiences into daily life through technology, it allowed the public to engage with the future of style up close.

FabriX isn’t just about creating spectacles. As a global hub, we fuse artistry with technology—redefining how fashion is imagined, produced, and experienced, while acting as both a catalyst and provocateur. Through radical creative collaborations, industry education, and pioneering case studies, we continue to shape the global discourse on the future of fashion technology.

Recognized as one of the 2024 HKFDA’s Top 10 Fashion Visionaries and a winner of the 2026 Silver A’ Design Award in Event and Happening Design, FabriX is setting the pace for a new era—bridging radition with technology, culture with creativity, and pushing fashion ever further into its digital frontier.
